<p>Dianne is an Employer-appointed Trustee. She serves on the Finance & Administration Committee and the Governance Committee. A bilingual, corporate communications executive with over 35 years of experience, Ms. Salt has led communications at RBC, TD, and Sodexo. In addition to past board work, she is currently a member of the Governing Council of the Standards Council of Canada. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Journalism degree from Carleton University and an ICD.D designation. (Appointed 2024)</p>
