<p>Kent brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, with leadership roles spanning Finance, Risk, Strategy, and Data & Analytics. Most recently, he led the Data & Analytics function for the Capital Markets division of one of Canada's largest banks, driving enterprise-wide insights and performance improvement initiatives.</p>
<p>As Vice President, Growth Enablement, Data & Analytics at CAAT, Kent plays a key role in advancing the organization's digital transformation strategy. He leads initiatives focused on strengthening data governance and quality, enhancing analytics capabilities, and enabling the adoption of modern tools to support informed, data-driven decision-making across the organization.</p>
<p>Kent holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland and an MBA in Finance from McMaster University.</p>
