<p>Tania has over 25 years of experience in the pension and retirement industry, working with leading Canadian and U.S. insurers and, most recently, in consulting, partnering with many of Canada's largest organizations to strengthen retirement programs and drive sustainable growth.</p>
<p>As Vice President, Pension Solutions Business Strategy at CAAT, she partners with the Chief Operating Officer and Pension Solutions leadership team to advance strategic priorities, strengthen operational effectiveness, and lead key growth initiatives across the team.</p>
<p>Tania plays an important role in delivering on CAAT's Mission, Vision and Purpose by expanding access to secure, sustainable pensions for Canadian workplaces.</p>
<p>Tania holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa.</p>
