<p>Owen Smith is an Employee-appointed Trustee. He is a Student Support Specialist at Confederation College and is the current President of OPSEU/SEFPO Local 731. He is an active leader within the labour movement and serves as a delegate to both the local labour council and the area council. At the provincial level, Owen contributes as a member of OPSEU/SEFPO’s Provincial Human Rights Committee and the Joint Insurance Committee with CAAT-S. Mr. Smith holds a diploma in Business Administration Accounting from Confederation College.</p>
