<p>Adam is Managing Director, Head of Private Markets at CAAT Pension Plan, where he oversees the Plan’s global private markets platform, spanning private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate. He is responsible for overall strategy and portfolio construction and leads a team that originates, executes, and actively manages investments across these asset classes, delivering long-term performance and diversification for the Plan.</p>
<p>Adam brings over 19 years of investment management experience, specializing in private markets and alternative investments. He serves on several corporate boards and advisory committees across CAAT’s private equity portfolio. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a Master of Finance from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.</p>
<p>Adam also serves on the Investment Committee for the University of Guelph Endowment and the United Church of Canada Pension Plan.</p>
