<p>Razvan is Managing Director, Head of Public Markets. He oversees the Plan’s investments in public markets (equities, fixed-income, credit, commodities, currencies, hedge funds, and overlay mandates) and is member of the Plan’s internal investment committee. He also serves on several external advisory committees. Razvan joined CAAT in 2020, bringing over 20 years of relevant experience to the organization, including senior investment roles in another large Canadian pension plan. Razvan is a CFA charterholder and has an MBA from McGill University.</p>
