1. Activate your account on the member portal, My Pension
It’s never been easier to get your pension information. By activating your My Pension account on CAAT’s member portal, you can access all your pension information without the hassle of waiting for paper correspondence. It’s flexible, informative, and tailored to your needs. It’s also a secure way to reach CAAT’s pension experts should you have a question about your pension. To get started, you’ll need your member ID, which you can find on your annual statement. Here is a quick step by step video guide to learn how to activate your account.
2. Register for a CAAT webinar
