The CAAT Pension Plan, One of Canada's Most Admired Corporate Cultures

The CAAT Pension Plan is honoured to be selected as one of Waterstone Human Capital’s “Most Admired Corporate Cultures” for 2019.

This annual honour roll acknowledges “best-in-class Canadian organizations for fostering cultures that enhance performance and help sustain a competitive advantage.”

This year, CAAT is among 40 Canadian organizations applauded for strong core values and demonstrated commitment to living these ideals every day, through employee growth and achievement and supporting the communities in which they work. CAAT was recognized in the “Broader Public Sector” Category and was the only pension plan among the honourees.

“To be named one of the most admired corporate cultures in Canada is an enormous honour,” said Derek Dobson, the CAAT Plan’s CEO. “At CAAT, we are working together to simplify and enhance retirement security for Canadian workplaces. Everyone at CAAT is passionate about the goal of expanding pension coverage and works every day to improve the financial security of members in retirement.”

“CAAT has a strong, well-defined culture, and we’re delighted to be recognized as one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures for 2019,” said Julie Giraldi, Vice President, People and Strategy Development. “CAAT is a special place to work – filled with skilled and dedicated individuals, committed to contributing to our members’ financial security. Many thanks to Waterstone Human Capital for its dedication to honouring organizations committed to their people and their purpose.”
