We want to be very clear that racism and discrimination do not have a place at CAAT or in our society. The CAAT Pension Plan condemns acts of racism and violence targeting the Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC) communities.

We understand that Canada is not immune to prejudice. As an organization, We will focus on inclusive actions that will help educate and deepen awareness on unconscious biases, racism, and discrimination, of any kind. We pledge to continue to listen, learn and take action to promote equality and create a more inclusive future. We know change is needed, change is hard, and change will make us better. The time for change is now.
