As a result of the pandemic, we decided to reimagine our employee value proposition and we decided to reimagine our offerings for employees. We know they wanted more than simply higher salaries. We looked at our benefits, and it became very obvious that the ability to offer a defined benefit plan like CAAT was hugely attractive to our employees, gave them security in the future, gave them stability. It really helped position us in a different league as an employer.
