Marnie brings over 25 years of pension and benefits experience, and has a well-earned reputation for finding solutions that work for employers and members. She currently leads growth initiatives as CAAT expands its membership across the country. Previously, as CEO of Toronto Electrical Industry Benefits Administration Services, Marnie oversaw all aspects of pension and benefits operations (governance, investments, accounting, finance, benefits administration). She has a Chartered Director designation from McMaster University, a CEBS designation from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists, the Osgoode Certificate in Pension Law, and a Bachelor of Music from Queen's University.
