Scott Blakey is an Employer-appointed Trustee. He is Co-Chair of the Governance Committee and serves on the Audit Committee. Dr. Blakey is the Chief Administrative Officer of Durham College. He has extensive pension experience and held several roles at the TTC Pension Fund Society, including President of the Pension Fund Society. He has a doctorate in education from the University of Toronto and holds a C.Dir designation. (Appointed 2015)
