A guide to leaves and your DBplus pension

This guide provides a summary of leave treatment under DBplus. As a DBplus member, you are required to contribute for certain types of leaves or have the option to contribute during certain types of leaves.

The highlights

  • If you contribute to DBplus during a leave, Stellantis will also contribute on your behalf; you will contribute 4% and Stellantis will contribute 7%.
  • Contributions during most leaves are based on deemed earnings, just like the contributions you make while working (straight-time base wage earnings based on a maximum of 40 hours per week and 2,080 hours per year).
