CAAT Pension Plan Welcomes Over 340 New Employers to the Plan in 2024


2024 milestones highlight growing trust in modern workplace retirement solutions

Toronto, February 20, 2025 – CAAT Pension Plan (‘the Plan’) is pleased to share that over 340 employers from both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors joined the Plan in 2024, reflecting the growing confidence that employers have in CAAT and the value that modern, sustainable and secure pension plans bring to Canadians and their workplaces.

Expanding retirement income security to Canadians from coast to coast

New employers that joined CAAT in 2024 span a variety of diverse industries across Canada, including healthcare, community development, agriculture and forestry, professional services, educational services and construction.

In providing a secure pension to over 110,000 members, organizations are demonstrating the broad appeal of bringing a modern pension solution to the workplace, providing employees with greater financial security and wellness with access to predictable, secure lifetime retirement income.
