Canada Post Strike: Submit and receive Plan documents securely


We are closely monitoring the Canada Post work stoppage and have secure alternatives in place to ensure your documents are submitted and received without disruption.

You can choose from two safe and simple options that protect your personal and confidential information:

  1. My Pension – Upload documents directly through your secure member portal.
  2. Secure Document Delivery (S-Doc) – Use our encrypted system for a fast and protected file transfer.

Be sure to include your full name, your Member ID and your employer’s name when you submit your documents. You can find your Member ID on your most recent Annual Statement, or other recent personal correspondence you may have received from the Plan.   

If you have your communication preferences set to Mail in My Pension, we recommend switching to Online. You’ll receive any important pension information without delay via My Pension. To make the change, click the icon under your name in the top right corner.
