Andrew brings 15 years of actuarial, risk management and DB pension sustainability experience to CAAT Pension Plan. As the Chief Actuary, Andrew is responsible for all actuarial activity in the Plan, including providing expertise in funding policy, asset liability modelling, strategic risk management, and related governance to mitigate risk and identify strategic opportunities in relation to the Plan. Andrew graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Mathematics. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA), a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a CFA charterholder.
