Troy brings over 25 years of pension administration experience to CAAT and currently leads the Employer Experience team within Service Delivery. The Employer Experience team strives towards collaboration, innovation and trust by providing employers with comprehensive support and services, such as education, communication, administration and governance. Troy holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Laurentian University.
